In the history of economy growth, we have ignored the environmental issues in the last two centuries.

Environment protection and economic development should be treated as a whole, rather than the two separate and mutually exclusive.In this sense, environmental protection is an industry, if investors do not put environmental protection into the marketable area, it cannot expand the effective environmental protection. Many experts believe that many government's environmental policy-makers should change the traditional way of thinking, from the current difficulties treated as opportunities to see development in this context.

Industrialized countries should learn from past experiences and lessons. An expert of American Academy of Environmental Engineering said that economic development and the protections for the environment are not contradictory to each other; instead, they support each other. In many industrialized countries, the environmental protection industry is a large production chain with direct economic benefits.

In order to obtain the best environmental production results, recycle industry should play an important role in this production chain.The Re-manufacture industry is the industrialization of renovating and transforming waste and old products to new and useful product through high technology. Focus on developing remanufacturing industry is a key way to grow green GDP, efficient use of energy, reduction of emission and sustainable development. For Example, there are a lot of re-manufactured office supplies consumable products in the North America. Such as refurbished computers, recycle ink and toner cartridges, recycle pens, recycle paper, recycle flyers and so on. They are all helping its economy to keep using the material to maximize the benefits from the cost of the environment.

In a sense, most of the core resources are limited. Our current consumption rate will used them up in the near future. We can no longer ignore the importance of the protection to the environment any more. Economic development and environment protections are also a "mutually exclusive" relationship: economic development will inevitably lead to environmental pollution, if you pay attention to environmental protection, it must be at the highest expense of economic growth in the cost. Some environmental scientists believe that environmental protection and economic development are not the relationship between fish and bear's paw, but the relationship between the source and flow, the relationship between the chicken and the egg. Therefore the environmental protection should be considered in the highest priority in any economic development plans.

In general, If we cause the pollution as a result of the development of economy, it is tantamount to suicide. Many developed countries experienced in the early stages of development, "development - pollution - control" of such a three-stage process, third world countries now should not take this mistake in the formulation of economic development strategy. Environmental assessment must be carried out. The only sole purpose of economic development is to improve people's living standards, so that the living environment gets better. Therefore, If we neglect the environmental protection, even if the economy up, are meaningless.
