One of the things that I cannot stress enough is safety. It is the most important thing to consider when meeting your date for the first time. Not that I'm saying that to make you paranoid, but so that you can consider some safety tips to ensure yourself and your loved ones that you will be all right.

When it comes to millionaire dating face-to-face meetings, your safety and protection should be foremost in your mind. Unfortunately, there are a lot of guys out there are more like wolves in Prince Charming's clothing than Prince Charming himself. And although millionaire dating sites and other people are working hard for your safety, ultimately, this responsibility would fall on you.

However, this is not limited to online dating at all. The issue of safety and protection holds true even in traditional dates. So here are some important millionaire dating rules that you should follow when meeting your sugar daddy for the first time:

1. Meet somewhere public. This is the first tip that I am going to give you. In this way, you would ensure that there are other people around you, and that you would be relatively safe with the public's watchful eyes. Do not, for whatever reason, go away from these public areas, especially when after a date, he suggests that you go somewhere more private. Resist the temptation of giving in.

2. Do not allow yourself to be picked up. Okay, this one is not really that common. It's just that I think it would be a better idea if you just met up somewhere else rather than letting him pick you up from your house or from your workplace. In that way, you have your own mode of transportation and you can leave whenever you want or if the date is going south.

3. Pick a comfortable place at a comfortable time. If you're the one who sets the time and place, then make sure that it is a place where there are many other people present. Reserve the cozy and private restaurants to later meetings. Pick an appropriate time. For the first meeting, I would suggest at lunchtime. Why? Because it implies that you have work to go back to and it's just appropriate as a first-time date since the time is not too long where there might ensue some awkwardness of too short that you might not get to talk too much. And be very, very specific about the time and location.

4. Inform someone where you're going and when you're coming home. This is a precautionary step. Tell someone where exactly you're going and what time they should expect you to be home. Also tell them who you're meeting.

5. Be casual when you first meet. Don't be overly friendly or aloof on your first date. A handshake is appropriate when you first meet, but a hug or kiss is going to be way too much and just nodding your head in acknowledgment is way too cold.

At the end of the date, you would have known the other person better and you can gauge whether you should set-up a second date or not. So just go ahead and have a good time!
