All your time, efforts last year, all went to your relationships- and you end up disappointing yourself. This is a New Year, find time for yourself. Learn to love yourself, before you can love someone else. If you are not happy with yourself, you tend to be destructive in relationships. Pamper yourself, be happy and live healthy.

4. Set Limits and Know Your Boundaries

Always remember that relationships always have to be in a give or take basis. It's time for you to set boundaries from people who tend to drain you out. Being drained from your time and energy, whether they are family or friends could be demanding on you that you won't have any more time for yourself. When you give all of your time to everyone else, your own happiness will be at stake. Give yourself a break and set limits. You've been doing that the whole year previously. Now is the time to break free from them.
