Many people are crippled by fears and phobias. Most people worry what other people think about them, and this causes many of these people to avoid social interactions. The majority of people are also plagued by fruitless worries and stresses.

What is fear? Fear is a natural response designed to protect us from danger. However, it has become much more complicated nowadays. It is more than just instinct. Most of the fear we experience is irrational and imaginary. We feel fear without even knowing why. This is called anxiety. When a specific anxiety starts to gain more control over us, and becomes more severe and persistent it is called a phobia. Phobias always seem irrational to those that are not experiencing them, but when you are in the middle of a phobia the fear can be totally overwhelming. Shyness can have the same effect.

The most severe form of fear is panic. All conscious control is lost. You may feel you cannot breathe and may be hyperventilating. Reassurance is of little help.

Why Do You Get Fears and Phobias?

Fears, phobias and lack of confidence are NOT a sign of weakness or lack of courage. They are nothing to be ashamed about. Everyone experiences them at some time or other. They are simply the effect of your subconscious mind trying to protect you. For some reason or other the subconscious wants you away from whatever is triggering the fear. Sometimes this can be a useful process but more often than not it is exaggerated and impractical.

Even though you logically know there is no reason to be afraid, the subconscious cuts in and takes over. This can weaken you, harm your career and cripple your social life. It gets in the way of everything. Unfortunately, the subconscious doesn't care too much about logic.

Another problem is that the more a fear is experienced the more it is accepted as normal by the subconscious.

How to Overcome Fear, Worry and Shyness

You now realize that all the ingredients of the problem exist in the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. So, obviously the solution lies in dealing with the subconscious. Makes sense, right?

People try numerous methods to cure themselves of fear, from medications and conscious desensitization to discovering the root cause of their fears. The problem is that these methods do not reach the subconscious and so rarely have any effect. It can be like trying to clean a spot off a window when it is actually on the other side. No amount of scrubbing will remove it. Instead you have to attack it from the right side.

Fighting a subconscious problem in the conscious mind is a waste of time! The subconscious is in charge of your behavior, so if you use a method that doesn't deal with it you could be setting yourself up for another failure.

It is clear that the subconscious must be dealt with. This may mean it needs re-educating or desensitizing. There may be an emotionally traumatic incident festering away in the subconscious that needs to be resolved. This may even be hidden from your conscious recall.

The safest, fastest and surest (and in my opinion, the only) way to change the subconscious is with the aid of hypnosis. Hypnosis gives us access to the subconscious in a controlled, relaxed environment - perfect for dealing with fears and confidence problems.

With hypnosis, your subconscious can directly experience and accept a new perspective regarding the fear triggers. This means that instead of responding with fear, shyness, worry, panic and other unpleasant symptoms you can instead feel relaxed, secure, confident and comfortable. Fear can be turned into personal power! Can you imagine that?

You don't need to imagine! Everyone can easily be hypnotized, and my advanced techniques can enable you to start a new, happy life, free from irrational fears and nervousness. You already have confidence, security and control, whether you express them freely or not. Hypnosis is the ideal tool to make these feelings a natural part of your behavior - ALL of the time.

Make sure hypnotist is properly qualified. Ask for details of their training, and keep in mind that a degree in medicine or psychology does not include hypnosis training.

I am sure you can now see that hypnosis is THE way to change subconscious behavior. And positively changing subconscious behavior is one of the best ways to achieve both happiness and success.
