I know it sounds silly, but repeated failure is exactly what most people do with weight loss. With vigor and determination, they unwittingly set themselves up to fail again.

You know the problem. You're tired of losing the same weight over and over. You've tried every diet and fad imaginable. All your well-intentioned, painful efforts failed.
