If you are a fan of all things AT&T then you'll love the range of credit cards they have to offer. Even if you don't use AT&T, after I show you the benefits of the ATT credit cards, you just might want to switch.

There are two main options to choose from if you are shopping for ATT credit cards, the first is the AT&T Universal Platinum Card and the second is the AT&T Universal rewards card.

The good thing is that each card has a student option, with rates and benefits that are more suited to the student life.

For ease of reading all the information is listed below so you can compare the benefits at a glance.

There are maximum limits on the amount of points you can earn each year which is 75,000. This is the major downfall of this card. With so many other reward credit cards offering unlimited earning potential, the ATT credit card would have been even more competitive if they offered this feature as well.

Saying that, the rates on the general cards are quite good, and because the card supports a service that you use everyday, it should not take long for you to build up those points.

Like most other rewards credit cards you can redeem points for:

• Travel
• Gift certificates
• Rebates
• Products

The Universal Rewards card seems to have the better benefits in both the student and general categories so you might want to consider this one first.

I think ATT delivers with this card, it is one of the best rates and list of benefits I have seen combined, but don't take my word for it, compare other reward credit cards and general credit cards for yourself before making your final decision.
