Have you ever been shopping at an exclusive store, where nothing in it was less then $1,000? Or maybe you have been to a fancy restaurant where there was nothing on the menu under $30? If you have then you know what it's like to live a luxurious life. If you haven't then can you imagine what it would feel like?

This is an example of where for just one moment you were able to leave your worries about money behind and take a leap into an extravagant lifestyle. This same principle can be applied to the feeling rich aspect of the Law of Attraction. You don't even have to actually go there, all that is needed is time and a little creativity.

Envision your Success

In order to fully grasp the concept of the feeling rich aspect of the law of attraction you have to envision your success, or how it would feel being able to experience the finer things in life. Note how your spirit is uplifted, notice how your attitude changes. Pay close attention to how your body language changes. You walk more upright, you display more confidence, and you just feel better.

An Imagination is a Terrible thing to Waste

All of this is contributed to how you envision the situation. By thinking positively and using your creative skills and imagination, the possibilities are endless. Did you know just by thinking positively you do a number of good things for your overall health?

One, you increase endorphins within the brain. Endorphins are feel good chemicals that promote a feeling of well being. So not only do you feel better, there is actual studies that support this way of thinking.

Two, this change in body physiology changes your overall body posture and attitude. So not only do you feel better, but you look better and that is the key to success.

By changing something as simple as your attitude you reap the many benefits associated with positive people. Positive people, not only are generally happier in life, but they also have a better outlook on life as well when compared to less happier people.



Feeling Rich Exercise

Come up with ways to create the feeling rich experience, and write down these choices. The next step is actually doing them. This can be going to a favorite coffee shop and purchasing a favorite coffee. You don't have to spend a lot of money to experience this. Sometimes, just the scent of coffee is uplifting to some people. Or you can go to one of those fancy restaurants and order an appetizer that you have always wanted to try. Just by doing this simple exercise you can experience feeling rich phenomenon.

Exercise Duration:

You can practice this exercise for a duration of 30 minutes, once a week.

Who would have thought that a little exercise, such as envisioning feeling rich could have such a profound impact? After all, it's not just the concept of feeling rich that can be applied to money, but to your overall health and that is the ultimate feeling of richness.
