These days we are finding more and more women giving up a corporate career and becoming home based business owners! So why do so many women prefer working from home these days? Here are just a few reasons that make working at home better than working a regular 9 to 5 job.

1. Make More Money:

Yes, you can make a lot more money working from home in your own home-based business. Sure it will take some time to learn the ropes, and you may not make so much in the beginning. But once you figure out your niche, you can make unlimited income. Some women believe that working from home automatically means they have to take a pay cut. That is totally not true! A home based business can allow you to make more money than you ever imagined and you can do it at your own pace.

2. Have More Time:

When you work from home in your own home based business, you eliminate many things that are normally time wasters in a regular job. For instance, driving to and from work, office politics, unnecessary meetings, writing memos, etc. Most women find that they can get all their work done in much less time than when they are at a job. Imagine making a full time income while working part time. You don't need to spend 8 hours a day to make a full-time income.

3. Have More Freedom:

This is absolutely one of the best things about working from home. You can take time off whenever you want to and work whenever you want to. As long as you are producing, it does not matter when or how you work. Your life is really YOUR life, which is something that a job can rarely offer you.

4. You Can Be Your Own Boss:

When you work from home in your own home based business, you have the best boss in the whole world, you! Even if you like your boss now there is nothing like being in control of your own career, time and destiny. No deadlines, no office politics, when you're the boss YOU make the rules!

5. You Can Be At Home:

Perhaps the best part of working from home is actually BEING at home. Whether you are a single woman who wants to do business from her home or you're a mom who wants to do business at the park watching your kids play.

Now you may be thinking, sure these are great benefits. But how do I start my own home-based business? I don't know anything about a home-based business. What can I sell? These are valid questions and concerns. But home-based businesses are started every day. You just need to get out of the job mentality and see what your strengths are and find something that would work for you. You also may want to look at Network Marketing or MLM, which allows you to start a home-based business without any significant investment and offers you unlimited income potential.
