One of my favorites is raw cashew milk that is created without using any heat. Just like when you are juicing fruits and vegetables, using less heat helps to preserve the vitamins and nutrients in the raw cashew milk. Here is the recipe for raw cashew milk for your pleasure.

Raw Cashew Milk Recipe

Ingredients:

• Dry, raw cashews - 1 measuring cup

Directions:

1. Rinse, and soak cashews in water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
2. Drain cashews and load into the milk screen.
