In this article we are going to cover some breast enlargement options. In the last article, which was the first article of this series I addressed the disadvantages of breast surgery. Namely, the high cost and secondly the incredible serious risks that are associated with surgery. Just to recap the risks are prolonged pain and soreness, repeat surgeries to attempt to correct the initial surgery and lastly, a complete loss of sensation in the nipple region of the breast eliminating all sensual pleasure.

Now I want to go over some of the various natural breast enlargement options that are available to you. There are pills; creams, lotions, serums, pumps, exercises and bras that all tout enhancement benefits but do they work and if they do what is it that makes it work?

Lets cover one item that does not physically enhance your breasts. This is the lift bra or a padded bra. They are healthy and work but they do require clothing to not be noticed. I was speaking to a friend one night on the phone and he was telling me of his story going out on a date and when he got to the ladies place she proceeded to remove her wig, padded chest and padded buttocks. He told me that she was pretty hot in the bar when he was buzzed. Now he saw the bionic woman and wanted a couple drinks to pass out. That really is not funny but it does reveal that some physical contraption designed to give the appearance of better breasts has its drawbacks.

Next lets consider the breast pump. The concept is that by sucking the breast into a vacuum pump it will cause the breast to enlarge. This is a flawed understanding of anatomy and physiology although it makes sense to the unknowing. This myth is promoted for other parts of the human anatomy with the same lack of results. Don't confuse this pump with a breast milk pump, which fits only over the nipple to extract milk for future use.

How about the breast enhancement exercises that you hear about? Do they work or is it just more propaganda to sell something to the unknowing? Well the exercises will help breast enhancement but it may not increase the actual physical size of the breasts. Exercises are more beneficial for strengthening the muscle tissue that supports the breast keeping them from sagging. Exercises can give the breasts the appearance of being larger since it can "perk" them up.

These exercises consist of those that would strengthen the pectoral muscles, which lay beneath the breast tissue. Push-ups are good whether they are performed on the floor or against a wall depending on the physical fitness of the person. Lightweight flies are also helpful since they strengthen the pectoral muscles.

In the next article I will compare the natural herbal solutions to breast enhancement that includes breast enhancement pills, creams, lotions, serums and more.
