Planning for your special day can be an intimidating experience. There are a lot of things to organize; this includes church to book, which style of wedding dress should you select and even which wedding car for hire company in Sydney to use. It can seem as if there is so much to plan, yet so little time.

Certainly, you will have a hard time deciding on which car rental company to choose as well as the style of the care. Following these might help you determine the right car to rent.

1. Consider what type of car you would like to arrive at the church in. Some companies specialize in providing the older, more classic type of wedding car, such as the Rolls Royce Silver Cloud. Alternatively, there are other companies that prefer to use a modern style of motorcar, such as the Rolls Royce Phantom, which has been manufactured with coach style rear doors, allowing a more elegant exit of the vehicle. A further advantage in choosing a modern vehicle may be the reliability factor. If you plan to go on a long journey in your wedding car, the last thing that you want to happen is breakdown and has to wait to be rescued.

2. Confirm with the wedding car rentals company that they have a vehicle in reserve, just in case there are any problems with your first option of wedding car. If there is no reserve vehicle, what will happen if the initial car has a mechanical fault? After a long time planning your wedding, you will want it to go ahead without any hitches.

3. It may be worth taking into account the time of year you are due to get married. If it is during the summer months, you may want to use a vehicle which has air-conditioning. After spending a considerable amount of time on your hair and make-up, it is unlikely that you will want to arrive at your wedding hot and bothered.

4. It is significant to speak to friends and family, to see if they can suggest a company to you. If you know someone who has used a company before which has provided a good level of customer service, it makes sense to consider using the same company. Alternatively, there may be various websites or search engines, such as Google or Yahoo, which allow past customers to leave a review for a particular company. Although, this may not be a definitive guide, it is still worth doing some research and seeing what sort of reviews a company are receiving.

5. Cheapest is not always greatest. It is worth paying a little extra, if it means getting the car that you want, at a time that you want without any hassle.

6. If possible try to view the vehicle before you verify the booking. You will want to arrive at your wedding in a vehicle that is immaculately presented, as opposed to looking a little worn around the edges.

7. Finally, try to book your wedding car as early as possible. Weddings are more popular during the summer months, so if you want to have the car of your choice then does not leave the Sydney wedding car for hire arrangements to the last minute.
