A new baby is a blessing, but can be overwhelming, especially to first time parents. The responsibility to keep the baby safe and healthy can be very daunting. When the baby is a newborn, keeping him safe and happy is an all day every day job, but is relatively simple. Because newborns can't walk or crawl, it is easy to keep them in one place.
