Now that you have a Facebook and other social media pages, there are probably a number of people you would like to re-connect with. Are you looking for an old friend from high school or college? Would you like to see whatever happened to your old next door neighbor who you lost touch with? Maybe you'd like to talk to an old girlfriend or boyfriend that you had a falling out with. In these cases, you will probably be wondering how to find people on Facebook or other places on the internet, and that is perfectly natural. If this is something you would like to know, please continue reading this article so that you can get some more information regarding this subject.

The first place to start is to simply go to Facebook and type the name of the person in the search bar on Facebook. Then, you can go through all of the people that have the same name and look at the profile pictures and see which person looks the most like the person that you are looking for. If you click on some of the profiles of people who could possibly be the person you are looking for, it will tell you if you have any mutual friends. If you are looking for someone from high school, for example, and you already have Facebook friends from high school, you may have some mutual friends.

If this step does not work, you could try simply typing the person's name in Google and searching there and seeing what comes up. There are different people locator websites that might have certain results that you would be interested in. You can take a look at these results and see if any of those people look like the person that you are interested in.

There are two more strategies that you can try if you are still wanting to find people on Facebook or on the internet. You can go to Facebook and try to find a person through their friends. For example, if you are trying to find an old boyfriend and you know that they would be Facebook friends with your old friend Katie Smith, find Katie's Facebook profile and look through her friends. You may find the person that you are looking for.

Another strategy that you could try is going to Google and typing the person's name and location. For example, you would type "John Smith, Atlanta, GA" if you know that John lives in Atlanta. This will take you to more people locator sites that will surely provide you with the results that you are looking for.

If you try all of these strategies, you will be sure to find the people that you are looking for on Facebook or on the internet. Once you find these people, you will be able to re-connect and get in touch, which will certainly be a lot of fun.
