Two: Use compound exercises - One thing that many women don't realize is that if you want to build muscle, you have to use compound exercises to achieve this. You can't just work one part of your body and expect good results.

It is important to work different parts of your body on different days so that you are building muscle everywhere. Squats and dead lifts are good to use for muscle building.

Three: Drink plenty of water - When you are trying to build muscles, your body needs to stay hydrated, so you need to ensure that you are drinking plenty of water every day. If you don't, then you will definitely not get the results you want and will start feeling unhealthy.
