I can remember back in high school, there was this kid who was always around the prettiest girls in school. We all though that man, this guy has all of the luck. Then one night, we were at a party and shooting the breeze and he revealed something. He was friends with all of these girls, but none of them would date him. He had asked them out, but all they saw him as was a friend.

Well, that was high school. The thing is, even when you get older, the same old story goes around. Guys will be great at making friendships with beautiful women, but have a hard time even getting one date with them. If you ever found yourself in the position where it seemed like you were destined to be nothing more than a friend to a woman that you wanted to be with, then you know that it's NOT a good feeling at all.

But, what can YOU do?

How can you go beyond being friends with a woman?

Here are some tips that should help get you past the friend zone with a woman:

1. STOP being friends to a woman. Well, at least with women that you want to date. You create the circumstance when you would rather have a friendship with a woman than nothing at all with her. Although that might sound like the right thing to say, it's not exactly a painless thing to experience. If you want to be more than friends with a woman, then you cannot go around and assume the role of her friend just to be near her.

2. Learn how to build attraction from the START. More important than anything else, with any relationship in life, you have to start off on the right footing. You wouldn't want to start off on the wrong foot with your banker and then ask for a loan, so don't start off being friends with a woman and then asking for something more. From the start, you have to work to create and build an attraction with her that is more romantic than it is platonic.

3. Go for the GOLD. At some point you have to face the possibility of rejection. You have to make your move. Standing still, waiting for the perfect time, it's only going to get you deeper and deeper into the friend zone with a woman. If you are already there, you will have some work to do. You will have to make her see you differently. And that takes time.
