Almost every man has had to go through a breakup with a girlfriend that they wish had never happened. Most men just accept it and do NOTHING at all to try and win her back. And when they do, they usually choose all of the wrong things to try and attract their girlfriend back to them.

Though it might seem impossible to get your ex-girl back to you, you have to be able to maintain the frame of mind where you just know that you are going to get her back. The worst thing that you can do is to defeat yourself without even giving it a real chance.

What are some ways that you can get your ex girl to come back to YOU?

1. You have to see your ex girl as just that. Most men will look at their ex girl as if she still was their girlfriend. Having this attitude will do more to hurt you in trying to get your ex back. You have to be able to see her as you ex girl AND accept it. Without accepting this, it's too easy to make her feel like you are trying to be possessive of her, which is NOT a good thing whether you want to get her back or not.

2. You have to gain a little distance. Although the urge may be strong to call your ex girl and try to spend a lot of time with her, this is about the worst thing that you can do. You have to be able to give her some distance for HER and for YOU, if you want to attract her back to you. When she has the right amount of space, she will have time to think about things. And she will appreciate the fact that you did not try and overwhelm her to come back to YOU.

3. You have to use a plan that will attract her back. If you are serious about getting her to come back to you, then you have to be able to use a method that WILL attract her back. It has to be based on her psychology as a woman and not some general advice for men and women. A lot of advice is too generic and does not really work all that well. It HAS to be targeted to your situation.
