Breakups are not at all a beautiful thing to have to go through and have to deal with. One of the most common things that will run through your mind is that you want to know how to get her back and just as importantly, you want to make sure that you DON'T do anything to make her decide that this is it, and she will not come back to you at all. When you deal with a breakup, you don't want to have the unfortunate circumstance of looking back and realizing that something you did pushed her away for GOOD.

The best offense at times is a good defense and in this case, it means exploring the things that you want to avoid when dealing with the ex girl that you really want to win back.

Here are some reasons WHY your ex girlfriend may not come back to you:

1. If you don't give her the time and the spaces that she deserves in order to process the ending of your relationship.

While you might be dead set on getting her back, she might not feel the same way right off the bat. If you don't allow her to have some time to process things and to see what life is like without you, then you just might be setting yourself up for a disaster. Being able to show her that you have more than enough respect to allow her the time and space she needs, you can show her that you are the right man for her.

2. She's afraid that things will just go back to the way they were.

If your ex girl feels that you are just saying that you have changed so that you can get her back, she's going to be reluctant to give you another chance with her. You have to be able to handle the fact that you are going to have to prove that things will be different and that just words alone probably will not do the trick. Unless you want to see your ex girl walking out on you for the last time, then you have to be able to prove to her that you are being genuine.

3. She sees you as being "unattractive."

When guys go after their ex girlfriend, they usually do things that actually make their ex girlfriend find them LESS attractive and this eliminates any real chance that she is going to REALLY want you back. You have to make yourself see MORE attractive by doing the things that women are naturally drawn to. Basically, you cannot allow yourself to appear to be a whiny mess if you want her to feel attracted to you again.
