And it's a situation that keeps most men from ever attaining the levels of success with women that they truly desire. We have all had the experience where we have seen a jaw dropping beautiful woman and that fear started to take a hold of us. As a result, most men usually just stand by and do nothing about it. You have to be able to get over the fear of approaching women, if you want to see YOUR dating life improve. Here are a couple of quick an easy tips to help you eliminate the fear of approaching women: 1. Don't think about possible rejection. Really, the fear of approaching a woman is closely related to a fear of rejection. In order to get over this, you have to be able to control your thoughts a little and try not to even think about her rejecting you. If you over-think this situation, it's far too easy to get your mind all worked up over nothing. Besides, rejection really doesn't mean much. It might hurt the ego a bit, but that's all it really is. 2. Become comfortable around women. The easiest way to do this, is to start to hang around attractive women. Get a group of female friends that you can spend time with. These should be women that you are not really trying to hook up with, just go out and have a good time with them. The more times that you can put yourself in situations with women, the easier it will be to calm the fears and the nervousness. 3. Become a good conversationalist with women. The more often that you around women, the more you should work on becoming a good conversationalist with them. One of the things that often holds a man back from approaching a woman is that he does not know what to say to her. You can eliminate this feeling and these doubts by learning how to have conversations with women. Then when you see a beautiful woman that you want to approach, all you will have to do is use your conversation skills to start an interaction with her. You don't have to suffer and live with the fear of approaching women anymore. Once you are privy to certain techniques and methods, you will be able to approach a woman and not even think twice about it. Of course, this will lead to your ability to attract more women.
