You know what it's like to be a fool for a woman. I know what it's like and pretty much, every member of the male population knows this feeling as well. Sometimes it can seem like we are 'programmed' to act like a fool for a woman. Yet, if you DO act like a fool for a woman, guess what you can expect to get from her? Most likely, the cold hand of rejection.

When you do foolish things to try and make a woman fall for you, you are not displaying attractive qualities to her. You are not being the alpha male that you NEED to be to make her want you. To really make her want to be with you, then you have to trigger her attraction. To do this, you have to show her your alpha male side.

So, how do you do this?

1. An alpha male is NOT a jerk to women. Some guys get it twisted and they think that in order to show themselves as an alpha male, they have to switch gears and go from being the nice guy to being a jerk to women. You don't have to do this. What you have to do is to show her that you are confident and secure in yourself and that you can be a rock to her.

2. Talking to her, you have to pay attention to her. Getting caught up in trying hold your own in the conversation, it's easy to start running off at the mouth and not giving her the opportunity to do the talking as well. Talking to a woman is important as it builds rapport and helps to create that spark with her. But, you have to let her do some of the talking. Too much or too little can make or break you.

3. Your body language has to be congruent with you being an alpha male. Some guys, they can kind of fake the confidence, but they give themselves away through their body language. When you are around a woman, your body language has to be congruent with that alpha male image.

4. Your eyes can speak more than your mouth. Being able to use your eyes to build attraction with a woman is really important. A shy guy will drop his eyes to the ground and a shady guy will look all around. To be able to maintain eye contact and use it in a way that creates chemistry with a woman is very important to build real, intense attraction with her.
