For many guys, the ability to attract a woman and keep her is more important than anything else. You have to know what it takes in order to attract a woman and keep her, and if you don't, well, then you can sure that somewhere along the way, you WILL lose her.

2. There has to be sexual interest in you.

For some reason, there are a lot of guys out there that try to do the whole friends first thing with a woman and they think that this will give them a better chance at keeping her. If you really want to attract a woman and keep her, then you have to be able to generate some sexual interest from her. If she does not feel sexually attracted to you, then it's only a mater of time when she will be walking out the door.

3. You have to be able to surprise her.

A relationship can go stale really quickly if there is no element of surprise left. You cannot be the kind of guy that keeps EVERYTHING routine with a woman. You have to be the kind of guy that can surprise her from time to time and be the kind of guy that she never knows what he's going to do next. Not only does this make your more attractive to her, it will keep her by YOUR side.
