One of the hardest experiences that you will have to ever go through is trying to win back a woman after you and her have broken up. Relationships end and unfortunately, we are not always the ones who made that decision. If you want to win back a woman and you don't know what to do, you can easily find yourself going around in circles trying out different things to try and win her back.

To win back a woman, there are certain things that you MUST do. Otherwise, you can kiss her goodbye and move on. Winning back your ex-girlfriend is not always the easiest thing to do, but neither is moving on from a woman that you feel like you truly love.

If you really want to learn how to win back a woman, then pay attention.

Here are a few things that you MUST do to win her back:

1. Be adult about the situation.

You don't want to appear childish in your attempts to win her back, as this will make her less likely to decide to give things another go with you. If you want to win back a woman, then you have to keep it on an adult level and not get caught up in petty little arguments with her or trying to put blame on her about the breakup.

2. Don't harass your ex girlfriend, let her GO.

This is about the WORST decision a guy can make to try and win back a woman, and unfortunately, it's pretty common. If you harass your ex girlfriend in an attempt to win her back, not only do you look like the bad guy, you also are going to drive her away and into the arms of someone else. You want to be able to have a clear frame of mind and realize that this is NOT the way to win her back.

3. Declare to yourself that you will get her back.

The mind frame that you have when you want to win back a woman is VERY important. If you assume that you have no chance at winning back her love and her trust, then you probably will not make the right choices and do the steps needed to win her back. You have to believe that you CAN win her back and then plan out how you are going to do this. Don't allow yourself to talk negative to yourself about winning her back.
