At some point in time, most men have found themselves caught up in the fantasy or the dream of being able to reconnect with their ex-girlfriend. And for most men, it stays nothing more than a dream or a fantasy. Yet, there ARE many guys that will get back with their girlfriends and find themselves happier than ever with the woman that they love.

If you find yourself chasing after the woman that you love, hoping to get her back, then you will want to take notice that this is not what will really prove to be effective. The natural reaction for a man seems to be to chase after his ex-girlfriend and try and find a way to persuade her to fall for him again. Or they may try and prove their love this way, but it does not work out well at all.

There is a much better way.

See, when you are chasing after her, the natural reaction for a woman is to want to get further away. She's not going to find it appealing that you are doing the chasing. And this is not going to make her feel attraction for you, more likely, she will feel annoyed by you.

You have to be able to reconnect with your ex and build attraction again.

So, how should you go about doing this?

Start by stopping the chase. I know, it may sound like the worst option for you, but in the end, it may very well prove to be the best. Next, you have to be able to establish some kind of reconnection. Don't try and win her back all in one shot. Instead, take your time with her.

She doesn't have to fall back in love with you overnight.

While it may comfort you to think that this is possible, more often than not, it will take some time to win her back. That does not mean that you should get discouraged at the idea, just have a realistic outlook on things. Many men will win their girlfriend back after a brief time apart.

Sometimes, relationships need these breaks.

They allow you to regather your composure, your thoughts, and they also allow her to do the same. This way, you can reconnect on solid ground and have a much better shot at getting things right this time. And you won't have to break up again.
