It's not easy trying to go against the tide of your emotions when you are dealing with the breakup between you and your ex-girlfriend. Some people will try and sway you into thinking that you are better off without her and in some situations, this is true. However, we ALL know that there are some situations, some relationships, where the two people SHOULD be back together. Yet, all of the petty and small stuff seems to always get in the way.

1. Do NOT allow yourself to fester in silence. Acknowledge what you are feeling, your true emotions about the situation. This is not the time to try and deny what has taken place. You have to own the situation and that includes both the GOOD and the BAD. When you are dealing with a breakup, then there is usually a mixture of both sentiments. You may be relieved that the fighting is over, but you still do not want to cut ties with her. Admit that to yourself.

2. Do NOT try and run away from the situation. This is not the choice that will lead you back to your ex-girlfriend. You have to man up in these situations and realize that there will be some hurt, some doubt, and some worry along the way, but if you truly want her back then surely you can pay this price. Being able to get your girlfriend back is not as easy as tying your shoes, so, you will have to be able to stand up in this situation, no matter what.

3. DO find yourself a real plan of action and work that plan to attract her back. There is no use in finding one that will work and then not using it at all. This will only cause you to sit back and wonder why you did NOT get her back. There are many different methods and plans that you can use to get your ex-girlfriend back. However, not all are created equal, so you will want to make sure that you gain access to the right one that WILL work for YOU.
