Soy is one of the products that can be found in almost everything these days. It has become very popular because using it has several benefits. Soy is used in food products such as milk and burgers and it is even used in household products such as facial and hand creams. Soy is also used in candles. Soy wax is made from soybeans and are all natural. The great thing about using soybeans to make wax is that it is a renewable source.

Soy candles offer many benefits that a normal wax candle does not. Soy candles last longer than regular candles. Soy Candles have been proven to last up to 25 hours longer than a normal paraffin wax candle does. The candles last much longer since they burn clean and at a lower temperature. This means that the wax is used at a slower pace and you get more scent for your money than you do with paraffin wax candles.

Also, they have less soot, so this means that they burn not only longer but they also keep the air that you breathe clean. Soot is a big problem with some types of candles. It can create black spots on your walls and furniture just like smoking does to walls of your home. The good news is that there is very little soot that is emitted from a soy candle. Also, soy wax is a lot easier to remove from surfaces such as carpets and cabinets than paraffin wax is.

Soy candles also do not have any of the harmful carcinogens that normal paraffin wax candles do. While they are not completely chemical free these candles do not use substances such as iron and carbon to scent the wax. This ensures that your soy candle is all natural and healthy for you to breathe.

Soy Candles are also very environment friendly. Since soy wax is made from the vegetable soybean, this means that they are naturally biodegradable in our environment. This means that when you burn a candle you are not putting yourself or the environment in harm's way.

There is also the added benefit of a great scent throw from soy candles. The whole reason that we burn candles is for the scent and relaxation that they provide. Soy candles generally have a very clean and powerful scent that makes using them to scent your house that much more enjoyable.

Another benefit of using soy candles is that it helps the economy and the ever struggling farmers. Buying soy candles means that soybean farmers are in great need and this will also stimulate the economy.

As you can see, there are many benefits to buying and using soy candles. Not only are these types of candles great smelling, but they are also biodegradable and actually healthy for you and the environment around us. They are also very cost effective since they last longer and buying them also helps the local farmer community too. There really is no better alternative for your scenting needs as a soy candle.
