Five PLR Techniques for Newbies

As a newbie you probably either have no idea what I'm talking about or possibly have just a little bit of knowledge but could certainly use more.

What is PLR? Well, I'm not going to get into too much detail but a real basic definition is " Private Label Rights, for the purpose of this article, are products that the purchaser can alter and basically sell as his own." Now, this does get a bit more complicated when you start hearing terms like RR (resell rights products) and MRR (Master Resell Rights). Each of the latter terms refers to a different set of rules for using purchased products.

A word of caution, when you purchase 'resellable products' be sure to check the license agreements that are usually included with the documents etc. These agreements will provide you with the do's and don'ts pertinent to these products.

OK, back to the point at hand. Let's talk a bit about five different techniques you can use with the PLR producst you recently have purchased.

Technique 1: The most simple technique is to use these products as giveaways for the promotion of your website. If you've been on the web at all, I'm sure you've seen this done many times. These products can be used as offers in forms so that when someone provides you with their name and email address, they receive one of these products as a gift as your way of saying thank you.

Technique 2: You can use these products either individually or in combination with several other PLR products, as a product launch. When starting out most new internet marketers just don't have products of their own. A simple solution is to purchase PLR products, reword them, add some additional detail and information of your own, add a cover and some resources and, voila, you have a new marketable product. Do this often and you have a business!

Technique 3: You can use PLR products to create your own PLR website. This is not uncommon and can be very profitable. You buy the product once, make some minor changes and then sell it often on your website.

Technique 4: Use PLR products as a way of saying thank you to your members or subscribers. Every once in a while send your email list of subscribers a free gift. They will thank you and you will be creating a much stronger relationship. You need to make sure that the product you send is pertinent to your list and something they will find educational and rewarding.

Technique 5:Break down the content in the PLR articles and use them as content for your website or blog.

Now, once again, it is very important to respect the rules and regulations established by the author or creator of the PLR product. Be sure to read them carefully and observe the necessary restrictions.

Finally, PLR articles are a great way of enhancing and increasing your own level of knowledge. There are hundreds if not thousands of great PLR ebooks, software and videos that can be downloaded from a number of websites. These products, even if you never use them as an income source, can become your own educational internet library.

PLR products are a great resource and can be found at numerous websites. Use them appropriately and as a newbie you may have just found the mother load.
