For many centuries the truths of Astrology were clouded, to the point of almost being lost forever, amongst the many corrupt and idolatrous religious practises of the early civilisations of the eastern hemisphere. The science and teachings became so forgotten that eventually they were regarded as just myths.

Of course, as we know, nature never allows anything of value to die completely, so astrology came through this period of neglect through the research of devotees such as the Hindu priests of India, to whom credit must be given for preserving the knowledge and practise throughout these dark ages.

All ancient scientific and occult knowledge was written in vedic sanskrit, which predates classical sanskrit, and has long since fallen into disuse as a spoken language. Now known only to a few Brahmin priests living in secluded Himalayan temples. These priests still have the knowledge of ancient astrology.

Modern astrology has largely confirmed the conclusions of the ancient astrologers as being based upon cosmic law and universal truth. This is proved by comparing the modern astronomical charts with the ancient astrological star groupings.

These comparisons show that, centuries before modern astronomical research, the prehistoric originators of the zodiac and constellations had an excellent working knowledge of the position, relation, and movements of the planets and star systems. This has to make us realise that the teachings and practises of astrology, as they have come down to us through the uncounted ages, are in fact based upon the fundamental laws of the universe.

Astronomy and mathematics as sciences owe much to astrology. Which was practised long before we learned to chart the heavens and calculate the movements of the stars as a distinct and separate branch of science.

In todays modern, frenetic, materialistic world, the original teachings of astrology and the zodiac are being recognised by an ever increasing number of people. Many of them prominent statesmen and politicians.

Who can look up into the sky on a clear night, viewing the wonders of the milky way, the constellations in all their celestial splendour. The planets, the moon, all these wonderful things, and deny the truths of astrology, and the interconnection of everything. Even modern quantum mechanics is reaching the same conclusion.

As a footnote, and whether you are a religious person or not. It is usually recognised that Jesus Christ was a real person, who had probably more influence on the world than any other. His birthplace was pointed out by a star, which led the shepherds of Judea across the deserts to Jerusalem, coming to rest over the birthplace.

Is it so impossible to believe that these shepherds were astrologers, well able to read and interpret the message of the stars?
