Being Fat is Not Your Fault but You Can Take Control Now

Fat loss is a challenge for many. We are constantly tempted with the smell of junk foods that permeate the air as we walk down the street. We are short on time and fast foods fit into our schedules much easier. Hamburgers are much easier - and cheaper - to eat on the run than a salad is. So what are we to do?

If you are tempted by too many foods and have a difficult time sticking to a program, chances are it is not your fault. You have probably been eating foods that contain substances that actually cause you to store fat and even lead to food cravings and diabetes! Corn syrup found in many foods including soft drinks, sports drinks and juice products is a good example of this.

Corn syrup can stop your body from absorbing copper. Copper is needed by the body to make collagen and elastin. Even if your parents consumed too much of this substance, your body might be inadequate at forming collagen and elastin - the sinews that hold the body together. Lacking this ability will result in a fat, mushy-looking body.

Another example is perchlorate in our drinking water. Perchlorate is a byproduct of rocket fuel and has been leaking into the drinking water in the United States for years.

Even if you don't drink water from the tap, you could consume it from foods processed with the local drinking water. This would include cereals, breads, bottled juices made from concentrate, and more.

Perchlorate is known to collect in and around the thyroid gland. Bleach is another substance that has this ability. You can get bleach from drinking water, processed foods and containers that food was in, such as fast food containers. You also absorb it through your skin from clothing and cleaning solutions.

As these substances absorb into our glands, the result could be low thyroid action, among other things. So what are you supposed to do?

When you decide to find a fat loss program that works - don't dismiss cleansing. Body cleansing can help your body rid itself of these harmful substances. It can also help to get rid of other impurities that may cause a sluggish metabolism.

Cleansing helped me not only lose fat and weight, but it helped me overcome food addictions and cravings. Just because something sounds different doesn't make it wrong.

If you've tried the traditional diet and exercise and need something more, look for newer programs that can help your body cleanse and achieve fat loss in the process. You can get healthier, more energetic and live a longer, happier life.
