But after taking a closer look at water driven technology that runs a car 100% on water, it's clear that the cost of conversion and implementation results in spending even more than using the usual fuel for powering vehicles. By powering your car with water in combination with gas or diesel will result in a low-cost "homemade" hybrid vehicle.
