Do you need that extra push to get your business where you want it to be? Do not be ashamed to ask for help. Believe me at least one point in time everybody has needed help with their home marketing mlm business. The thing is some people give up and never look back, and the others, like you, get the help that they need and move on to achieve great success.
So the purpose of your home marketing mlm business is to make money right? In order for you to make money there is a process that your leads and prospects have to go through but for the sake of the length of this article we are going to focus on one small aspect of selling.
Anytime somebody is buying something it is literally an emotional roller coaster for them. Think about when you go shopping for clothes or household items. How many times have you picked something out to buy at the store and then at the very last moment you put it back.
Have you ever thought to yourself why you put that item back? Was it too much money? Or why you did not even buy an item in the first place?
Imagine your self at a jewelry shop and you are debating on if you should buy this unique bracelet (for all of us men out there we are buying this bracelet for our girlfriend or wife). The bracelet came from the state auction and there is none else like it. You are sitting there leaning over the counter just looking at it debating with yourself whether you should purchase it or not. I mean this bracelet is cool!
All of a sudden some one comes in and talks to the jeweler and says, "I am looking for a bracelet and I would really like to have a unique one. In matter of fact how about that one right there." They pointed to the one right under your nose that you are looking at.
Now this is do or die time for you. You are put on the spot to make a decision right now. What do you think you are going to say? You are going to say," I am sorry I actually am taking this bracelet I have been here for a while looking at it."
Do you know why you just did this? It is because people fear loss. We absolutely HATE to loose anything. These same kinds of emotions are running through your prospects when they are debating with themselves on if they should join your business opportunity or not (or if they should buy one of your products or services).
So what I like to do and what I teach people to do is use the take-away technique very strategically. I like to use it when I am talking to them and they say, "You know Curtis I know I need to make a decision." This is when I will do something totally unsuspected. I will say," You know (name) you really do not. You are taking longer than usual to make this decision. You have done the homework that I have told you to do. You know what you are getting into and if you can not make a decision I am going to have to make one for you and I do not think you will like what I choose."
WOW! Can you imagine what this persons emotions are like? Saying that to a prospect is like throwing a brick through a brand new glass window. This shows your prospect that they are not the only one in charge of this decision.
So what do you think that they are going to do? Most likely they are going to do the same thing that they would have done in the jewelry scenario.
PEOPLE HATE LOSS!
So what I want you to do is try this technique in your business and tell me how it works! You can reach me at my blog which also has more great information like this :)
