Most fruit that you can find will provide you with benefits such as vitamins and antioxidants. However, there are a variety of that contain so much of these important ingredients that they have been given the name "Super Fruits". Our way of life - eating habits, smoking, and drinking - can cause toxins to be deposited that our bodies are not ableto remove. These poisons have been linked not only to disease, but also to fatigue and a general feeling of malaise.
