This can be helpful in reducing your knee pain, and adding some well needed stability. These kinds of supports are not meant to be for extremely serious knee ailments, and you should always speak to your physician for medical advice. Although this is true, neoprene/drytex knee supports can really help if you have minor knee pain or instability issues. - In the end, the choice is yours. You can go with or without a knee brace, but we would like to suggest that you do not look back wishing you should have gotten some extra support when you really needed it.
