A Healthy New Year
It's widely recognised that many people tend to gain a few pounds in weight over the Christmas period; once the various delectable Christmas treats are spread across the dinner table it's all too easy to tuck into chocolates and help ourselves to a leftover sandwich. It's important to combat these Christmas snacks during the New Year however, and assessing your weight and BMI during the first week or two of January can act as a valuable incentive to those who wish to lose a few pounds.
Setting a healthy diet plan alongside a consistent exercise regime is the most simple and easy to manage method of weight loss.
