Depending on who is talking, pay day loans are either the most sensible thing or a ridiculously bad idea. They are neither. If you really need cash a no one turned down advance payday could be your only rescue, especially if you have no one else to turn to for help.

What does it mean, no one turned down? It means that anyone with a pulse and meets certain minimal requirements can get approved. There are no complications, you don't need good credit, and you don't need collateral. Sure this sounds too good to be true?

If it sounds too good to be true it is because there is a catch. No, no one is reaping you off (as long as you're working with a reputable company). The catch is that the interest rate is high. Most companies charge $25 for every $100 you borrow. The money is due back by the next pay date but you often can get an extension on the principle after you pay the interest.

So, what are the requirements of getting a no one turned down payday advance? Most payday advance companies require you to have a checking account, a job or other regular means of income, a permanent address and that you are an adult.

The length of employment differs from lender to lender, with some requiring as little as one month and others three to six months with present employer.

Some lenders require you to fax in documents but others don't. Once you fill out a simple form online and meet their criteria, they will verify that you are who you say you are as well as the other information you provided. If you satisfy the lender's criteria you can get approved in a few minutes.

Before applying, you should find out if payday loans are legal in your state. If they are not legal in your state you may not be able to get one. If you are able to get one online despite this, the company may be lending to you at their own risk.

Some payday advance companies advertise impressive figures to get you in the door. Don't be impressed, or think that you can get, say, $1500 today. It is not that simple.

They will look at your income, bank account transactions, length of employment and other aspects before deciding what to advance you. You don't get to decide. In fact, first time applicants rarely get more than a couple of hundred dollars. Sorry, if you are disappointed but that's the way it is.

When can you expect to get your cash? Store applicants can walk out with a check or cash right away. Online applicants can withdraw cash from their bank account the next business day. Some payday advance companies are beginning to use instant money transfer companies so you can get cash in minutes.
