Are you playing big or are you playing small?

Does your 2009 Vision for Success Plan have a few "stretch" goals - goals that are both thrilling and scary at the same time?

I hope so!

Truth be told, you are either growing or dying, moving forward or backward; there really is no standing still. Is this your time to transform your life and your business, to go deeper, to play a much bigger game? Is this your time to courageously stand up for what you want and boldly live life on your terms? Are you unstoppable?

The 2 biggest "reasons" I hear that hold people back from fully stepping out into their lives are:

Excuse #1 Time - "Now's just not the right time", "I just don't have time" or "There's just not enough time to do all the things that I want to do!"

Excuse #2 Money - "I don't have the money to pay for the support I need, such as an assistant, new web designer, coach, program, or product. The economy is shaky, so I'd better not invest. I'd better wait."

Anything sound familiar? The "real" truth here is that these are excuses. Elaborate "stories" that we convince ourselves are true. Our excuses are actually a way for us to continue to stall and stay small. What's really happening? We are afraid. We tell ourselves these "stories" to cover up fears that we have about stepping out, trying new things, being bold, and doing things bigger and differently than ever before.

Let's face it, there's a lot less risk to stay where you are, in your "comfort zone." When we step out, we might experience a few failures, disapproval from others, or make some mistakes along the way. These fears keep us stuck. Guess what? You deserve a lot more than this and so does your community! Your dreams and goals deserve to be honored and supported. Don't let your habit of holding back keep you from dreaming, believing, and achieving!

One of my favorite lines in the book and the movie, The Secret, is "The Universe loves speed," meaning the Universe rewards decisiveness and action!

The key to unlocking your goals is through the power of your decision.

Decide it's time to stop the excuses and take action toward those "stretch" goals that take your breath away.

Decide what you REALLY want to create in your business, in your personal life and take a stand for it!

Decide, take inspired actions, and then go for it. As the book title, Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway suggests, be willing to do those things that "push" your buttons -- growth takes courage -- which comes from the heart and gives you the willingness to grow and become more than you are at this moment!

We are evolutionary by nature. You are more than what you are right now. Your business can be more than what it is right now. What is lying within you, just waiting for you to acknowledge it, ready for you to express it, for it to take shape and become a viable product or service that gives value to others, creating a total win-win for you and your customers?

Time for you to play a bigger game?

Are you in?

You are just one decision away from the unstoppable you!
