Some people naturally have dark circles under their eyes, while others acquire them as they get older. The problem with dark circles is that they tend to make us look older or make us look tired even if we are not.
Causes of Dark Circles :
The area underneath the eyes is much thinner than it is anywhere else on the face. It is, therefore, more delicate and translucent so that the blood vessels are visible in this area.
