Here is some information for people who love ferrets. Ferrets are not rodents but of the weasel family. At this age, ferrets love to play and will seek you out to be held and loved. Ferrets love outings and will go anywhere with you, even uninvited! It might be a good idea to put the toy in something that your ferret can chew on. If your pet is not brushed, he or she will most like get hairballs, which are hard for them to cough up. Nail clipping should be done about every two weeks but varies from ferret to ferret. Your ferrets' ears should be cleaned weekly, once he or she is used to you brushing their teeth.
The last ferret info is to cleaning their bedding, which is not fun but needs to be done weekly. Your ferret’s cage is cleaned every month and scrubbed down and your pet will love you for it. Just like a cat little box, your ferret box should be cleaned and scooped every day. Toys should be cleaned as well as the food and water dish. Ferret info is that you might not like to clean up after your ferret but, nevertheless, it should be done regularly.
Ferrets are a lot of fun but hard work too. They are great to dress up and take with you just about anywhere. Just make sure that the ferret is the right pet for you and your home!
