When you suspect that you have an unfaithful spouse, it can be very devastating and many people tend to want to try and ignore it in the hopes that the problem will go away on its own. The truth is, no matter how hard it is to know the truth, you have to find out one way or another, what is really going on. If you don't, then you will be unhappy and your relationship will suffer more than it already is. This article is going to tell you why it is always better to know the truth about a cheating spouse then it is to ignore it.

One: The truth is always difficult to learn when you suspect that everything is not right. You can't ignore the feeling that something is wrong because if you do, then things will just get worse over time. You have to have the courage to confront the truth instead because this is the only way to get to the bottom of it. This is important because this will help you decide whether to try and work things out with your spouse, or to move on and find someone else that won't cheat on you.

Two: The truth is especially important to know if you have children with your spouse. Your spouse's cheating will affect you, but it will also affect your kids. So, it is important for your happiness and your children's because they will know that there is something wrong, even if you don't tell them. So, always think about finding the truth so you can be sure your kids are not in an unhappy situation for long.

Three: One other reason knowing the truth is always better than ignoring it is because if you don't find out the truth, it can affect your health. Constant worrying is not good for your health and can make you feel physically sick, so finding out the truth will help you avoid this problem.

These are the best reasons why knowing the truth about your unfaithful spouse is better than just ignoring it. It will hurt no matter what way you look at it, but it is better for everyone involved to have the truth revealed, once and for all. This is the only way you can move on and make a decision about what you are going to do about your cheating spouse, do you stay with them and work things out, or move on? So, even if the truth hurts, do yourself and favor and learn what is really going on.
