While no one wants to admit their partner is cheating on them, sometimes your gut feeling is far too strong. Although you may be inclined to sit back and let them come to you about any problems or situations they have gotten themselves into, you may be better off checking in on them. Here are five ways to catch your spouse cheating.

1. Overtime
Overtime is something that everyone has experienced at one time or another. If your spouse is picking up some extra hours here and there, do not start panicking. However, if their hours have drastically gone up over an extended period of time, you may want to look at their paycheck to see if overtime is included.

2. Change in work hours
Along with working overtime, another thing to be wary of is if your husband or wife has changed their work hours. If you find them leaving earlier that usual or arriving later, these hours may be spent with another partner. Although this is not for certain, it is something to keep an eye on.

3. Restlessness/arguments
If you find your spouse becoming increasingly restless and wanting to get out, it may be to see their affair partner. A husband or wife should enjoy spending time with you at home. If the arguments are increasing, they may be looking for an excuse to leave the house. This only increases the chances of you having a cheating spouse.

4. Fragrance
One of the most common ways to catch a spouse cheating is to track down any unidentifiable scents. Of course, your husband may work with a secretary that loads the perfume on or your wife may have a boss that enjoys his fair share of fragrance. However, this can certainly be a sign of cheating if you do not recognize the scent.

5. Hidden bills and statements
The final way to find out if you have a cheating spouse is if you uncover any hidden bills or statements. When getting married, the two of you should share everything and put everything out on the table. There is no reason to hide certain bills or statements. If you do find something hidden, it could be information your spouse did not want you to see for a reason.

Sadly, husbands and wives cheat on each other all over the world on a daily basis. If you suspect you have a spouse cheating on you, there are ways you can go about finding out. Take the five tips in this article to help you with your dilemma.
