May is almost over and the slow turning point from spring to summer almost can't be avoided in some places.

This early, I am already conjuring up images of a grand vacation in an island paradise somewhere, probably sipping a cold fruit shake with a cherry on top and decorated with a tiny cocktail umbrella while listening to the rush of the waves.

And I ask myself: If I get too soaked up in my vacation, how will I be able to write any compelling content?

Maybe I should just write all about my vacation and enjoy reading the envious comments my readers and followers will probbably make. (That's not such a bad idea, eh?) Although, there is also the thought of lugging around my laptop computer to my summer getaway wearing a straw hat, shorts, and sandals that could really put a blotch on the idea.

While tapping away in my computer keyboard, I finally came across something interesting in a Copyblogger's site and found this gem of a blogpost that has given me a lot of exciting ideas to think about!

21 Ways to Create Compelling Content When You Don't Have a Clue

Feeling gutsy because of the great possibility that i can enjoy the summer break, I find this one to be the most interesting topic of all the 21 ways mentioned in the post: stealing content!

Of course, it's not really about stealing in the truest sense of the word. In the words of this Copyblogger article author, Danny Iny, it is simply just "borrowing with the author's blessing."

So, here is a small peek on what I have been forming in my mind that i plan on doing in the up and coming months in coming up with compelling contents as per Copyblogger's tips:

1. Curate content.

2. Ask friends for content ideas.

3. Ask my audience for content ideas.

4. Do an interview.

5. Solicit guest posts.

So far, I've had two amazing guest posts in my site and I am already having my eyes set on the third!

And to end this post, I am asking my audience: is there anything that you want me to write about?

I am looking forward to your compelling content ideas!
