If you are still spending time calling your leads you will enjoy this article. I happen to feel that calling leads for the most part is a waste of time and we will analyze why online lead generation is a better route to go.

Before you get all bent out of shape I am not saying that you shouldn't follow up on leads on the phone that you've generated. However the days of purchase seen old lead lists and dialing for dollars is long gone.

This is a waste of time and creates negative energy that is difficult to overcome. Is it any wonder that people dropped out of MLM businesses at record rates in the past.

The other thing is you do not need to create a list of everybody you know and start calling them either. This is a good way to get everybody mad at you and turn you from excited and positive about your business, too negative and doubting whether you can even make a go of it.

Online lead generation takes all the pressure off of you because the Internet does all the heavy lifting. What this means is you put together a system for generating traffic, and then let the Internet sort through your prospects to identify serious ones.

Now it is at this point you can pick up the phone and call them if they are requesting that. Think about how much easier it is to dial the phone and talk to someone who wants you to call them, as opposed to someone who has no idea why you are calling them.

When you get a friendly prospect on the other end your motivation and enthusiasm will come through. Not only that, but you will be able to maintain it after you hang up with that prospect and pick up the phone to talk to the next one.

Online lead generation has made network marketing a very exciting way to make money again. All the promises that were made in previous network marketing businesses now really can be achieved by the average person.

It all starts with generating as many leads online as you possibly can, and then following up with the serious ones. If you do this on a consistent basis your business will grow, and you will become as successful as you desire. And to think you never have to call anyone who is not looking forward to talking to you, or expecting your call.

Everyone who has a business online should know the importance of targeted lead generation being the major force in an online business.
