Some people need a little extra boost or attention when it comes to building their Internet business. Today that's very easy to find thanks to coaching and mentoring clubs on the Internet today. Before you sign up for one of these you may want to take a step back and determine if it's something you really need or not!

1. The first thing you should ask yourself is whether you are entrepreneurial by nature or not? One way to gauge this is whether you are a self starter or whether you work better when someone else is telling you what to do.

Self starters are generally entrepreneurial by nature and have no problem sitting down in front of their computer and building their Internet business. People who are good candidates for a coaching club are the type of people who need a nudge to get started.

There is nothing wrong with this either. Sometimes you just need a little encouragement to get going.

2. Are you the type of person who can learn on your own? There are many tools available on the Internet such as video and audio to really help you learn how to build an Internet business.

There is also a tremendous amount of training online in the form of ebooks, reports, articles and so on. You can even purchase offline training in the form of CDs and workbooks and have it shipped to you.

However some people still need a coach to decipher what exactly is being taught. An online business coach can be extremely helpful in answering questions about how to build your business.

3. Would you like to be able to interact with other members of a coaching club on a more personal level? There are numerous discussion forums on the Internet today that you can learn how to build an Internet business for free.

One problem with these types of forums is the bad advice that is given out why well meaning Internet marketers. Some people spend more time hanging out in discussion forums then they actually spend making money on the Internet.

They get a warm fuzzy feeling when they help other people. There is nothing wrong with this.

In a private coaching club you get to deal with a more sophisticated type of Internet marketer. Internet marketers who are willing to spend money to learn how to make money are the type of people you want to hang out with.
