A 100th birthday party is a very extraordinary time in a person's life. Not everyone will live to be a century old, so when planning a party for a centenarian, you will naturally want to make it as special and as memorable an event as possible. You also have to bear in mind the limited physical abilities of elderly people, but these limited abilities shouldn't get in the way of everyone having a good time.
With that said, a good game to play for seniors is "Guess That Tune," since it requires no physical activity and also it will bring back memories of the guest of honor's youth. Find songs that were popuar during their childhood and teen years, since these years are often the most care free of a person's life. Make sure to select the songs that were most popular during that time. Play a small snippet of the song for guests to guess at. If no one can guess, play a longer snippet until someone can guess what the song is.
For example, if the guest was born in 1911, You might want to choose songs that were popular from 1921 onward. Some songs include Rhapsody in Blue by John Gershwin, a song that also inspired a popular movie released in 2000 of the same name. In The Jailhouse Now by Jimmie Rodgers is another song that was popular in the 20s, which was a song featured in the film "O Brother Where Art Thou?" You can also pick songs according to what genre of music the person liked back then. Since songs from the beginning of the 20th century are rather old, it's best to pick the most popular of them that have stood the test of time so that as many people as possible can participate. Many lists of these songs are available online if you type in "Popular songs from the (enter decade here)" in a search engine.
