Pin The Baby on the Stork. Pin The Baby on the Stork is played by drawing and painting a large stork on banner paper or poster board. Give each player a cut out Cabbage Patch Kid and the player who can place the cut out on the storks mouth is the winner.

Cabbage Patch Bowling. Use a head of cabbage wrapped up in plastic wrap and use plastic pins. Paste pictures of Cabbage Patch Kids on the bowling pins or paint pin and green colors. Ensure the bowling game is on a flat surface so the cabbage does not go off course before hitting the bowling pins. Roll the cabbage gently so the wrapping plastic around it does not tear.

Stroller Derby Race. Have players push their stroller around in the obstacle course with their Cabbage Patch Kids doll inside. Once the player completes one lap that player than hands the stroller off to their teammate. The team who can complete the race the fastest is the inning team.Time each team using a stopwatch.

Cabbage Patch Matching game. Print various pictures of Cabbage Patch Kids dolls on sheets of paper and cut them out. Ensure the cards have two of the same Cabbage patch Kids cards. Place the cards face down on a table and have one player begin the game by selecting two cards. If the cards are not a match the next player has his or her turn. If the cards are a match that player adds that match to his or her pile and picks again. The game ends when all the cards have been added to a players pile. The player with the most number of matches is declared the winner. This is a fun game for young children because it encourages them to memorize cards locations.

Cabbage Patch Kids Party is a fun event theme that children, adults, anyone in between can have fun attending.
