Elmo is a loveable, adorable, fun character to hang out with so why not bring Elmo to the celebrants birthday and party the day away. Elmo theme party games are very easy to create - and the more party games the more fun party guests will have.

Elmo Candy Count. Place various assortment of red candies in a jar with Elmo's picture taped to the side and decorate with a orange ribbon around the rim.Have the young party guests write down a number they think is in the jar. The winning guess, without going over, receives the jar of candies as a prize. Encourage the winner to share his or her candy with others as always.

Collect The Pom-Poms. Collect the Pom-Poms is a fun activity to played individually or in a group format. Use a couple hundred red and orange pom-poms and spread them around the floor. The object of the game is for the players to crawl on hands and knees and collect as many as possible. Each player is designated one bucket to place the pom-poms in. On go, the players race to get as many pom-poms their little hands can grab. On stop, the players must stop and drop the pom-poms in their hand. The winner is determined by having the most pom-poms in their bucket. All this effort does not go unrewarded because the winner receives a cool Elmo prize.

Elmo Says. Playing Elmo Says offers a variety party game possibilities. Cut out various numbers from red and orange construction paper and give to the players. Elmo Says what does the 137 look like? The players must show what the number 137 looks like by moving the numbers to form the number. Elmo Says can be used as a fun teaching tool.

Color Me Elmo. Color Me Elmo is a group effort for all party guests. The party host can draw the outline of Elmo on a piece of poster board and leave the rest to the party guests. Give each party guests a section to color Elmo however they want with their names written next to the section they colored in. This is a fun take home for a party guest to keep and show the little ones years later.
