If one runner is winning dozens of more races than the rest of the pack there's an obvious reason, one runner is doing something different than the other. If you're packing five or more pounds in your colon over a six mile route, believe me there is a difference.

Running brings yourself more aware of you body than non-runners. If you had not been a runner you may have not noticed the extra weight you're carrying in the colon made a difference.

If you have had any of the following problems then you very well may need a good colon cleansing. Some known complaints had been loss of appetite, mucous or blood in three stool fever, vomiting, dehydration, constipation, fatigue, weight gain, stomach or digestive problems can certainly be a sign that your body is screaming out for help!

We are all exposed to thousands of toxins, parasites and unhealthy chemicals on a daily basis. We take them in from the food we eat, the water we drink, the air we breathe and the prescriptions we take. There have been many cases come up that parasite's were the root of the problem.

According to reports from the National Cancer Institute state that colorectal cancer in men is the third most common cancer. Death from this cancer also leads the nation in the top five of all cancer killers.

Wikipedia: Parasite's is a type of symbiotic relationship between two different organisms. The parasite benefits from a prolonged, close association with the host, which is harmed. In general parasitism's are much smaller than their hosts showing a high degree of specialization for their mode of life and reproduce more quickly and in greater numbers than their host.

Autopsies today reveal that 80% of people who die have been clogged up with waste matter. Good news is there is an easy way to free your body of all the excess waste materials, toxins and accumulated stomach and intestinal parasite's.

Natural resources have been known to be one of the best solutions in colon cleansers to rid you of all the waste matters. These resources carry the parasite's moving them freely out of your body. Some of the natural herbals known include aloe vera, flax seed, alfalfa, peppermint leaf, grapefruit pectin, guar gum, papaya fruit as well as many other of these pure natural herbs.

All in all wither you are a runner or not, additional weight can be a signal that some thing is not going right in your body, you need some testing. This will lead you to parasite tests.

It's a proven fact that as a runner your body will seek its own level of weight. In other words your normal weight will be so much for your height. But! If you want to win more races you will have to scale down less. This is where you fill your peak is at what body fat. I ran usually at a 10% body fat. You're peak will be what's good for you.
