Some of the different exercises you can do are, walking, swimming, biking, weight training, and any other exercise that you can easily do. The key is to find an exercise that you like to do and that won't be hard for you to do.

3. Drink plenty of water - Since your body is made up of 70% water, this is very important. If you are trying to lose fat through diet and exercise, then you need to be sure that you are getting plenty of water to drink. This will help keep your body healthy and prevent dehydration.

These are the most important things to do for fat loss. You can try and lose the fat without doing these things, but you will soon find that they don't work. Always be smart about the way that you lose the fat and you will soon see that you are not only losing it, you are also keeping it off.
