Are you tired of doing the same fun things every day with your partner: watching movies, going to dinners, buying flowers or chocolates, having dinners on candles, or of course get in fight once in a while? I am sure that all this sounds very familiar to you, right?

It is time that you change your daily routine. A general couples fitness program will bring you very far. Why is this so important? Exercising together will not only make you closer to each other, but will also help you get stronger, fitter, and healthier. What kind of physical activities you should do? This is entirely up to you. Depending on your shared preferences and personal desires you could choose from variety of different workout programs.

1. Safety- When you have a working out partner, especially if your partner is your loving one, you tend to stay close by him/her and provide help if needed. This closeness dramatically can increase his/her level of safety. Always a side eye is more objective than your own. Sometimes we all think that we are strong enough and we could do any exercise or a workout program. However, it might happen that in the middle of it we start feeling weak and helpless, but keep ignoring the bad feeling just because we want to finish what we have already started. 2. Spend more time together- Nowadays couples spend less time together because of work and other daily responsibilities and duties they have to take care of. 3. Motivation and Support- It is very important that you encourage, motivate and support your partner in any sphere of life. Fitness produces hormones that unlock the feeling of happiness, reduces stress and increases libido. Many studies show that couples who regularly do sports together have more active and exciting sex life.

5. Balance- In many couples one partner prefers cardio exercising (usually the woman) and the other relies on power drills like lifting weights (mostly the man). If you exercise together you will achieve a balance by successfully combining the aerobic with the anaerobic activities. Whoever is more knowledgeable in a particular area can guide the other in order to complete a proper execution of the exercises.
