This exercise should be done in a quiet place. Near your computer is fine also.

1.Close your eyes for three minutes. You can count to 60 three times or simply open your eyes when you think time has passed.

2.After you open your eyes, pick a place on the floor about five feet in front of you and day dream on it for about three minutes.

3.Now sit up in either a lotus or comfortable position for you and:

4.Lift your rib cage towards the sky.

5.Pull your chin in and open up and back of your neck.

6.Pull your shoulders up and back and then down. Squeeze your shoulder blades together.

7.Breathe in thru your nose and out thru your mouth.

8.Make sure there is a lot of space between your ears and shoulders.

9.Relax your face muscles, your hands and your feet.

10.Take a deep breath in and pull out or stick out your solar plexes (your tummy) as far as you can.

11.Breathe out and contract your abdominals in as far as you can.

12.Now close your eyes and breathe like that for three minutes. Then open your eyes.

13.After you close your eyes again, rub your palms together slowly and then place them over your eyes for one minute. Then open your eyes.

14.Now when I say go, you are going to close your eyes and visualize your perfect day FOR 5 TO 10 MINUTES. You will visualize it as if you are watching yourself in a movie preview, jumping from one pertinent scene to the next. You will use specail effects and lighting and makeup in your visualization. You will amplify your visualization to perfection and exageration. You can even put on some soothing or energizing music. But do that next time if it is not available right at hand now. It is important to go all out and overshoot and stretch your imagination. You will see it may not be as easy as it sounds. But it gets easier the more you do it. If you can't visualize it, it is likely that you cannot make it happen. You are training your mind here. You will need to do this more than once on a continual basis (everyday) to get good at it. In your mind, make an effort go from the time you wake up till the time you go to sleep every time you do it. You can change certain things each time but try to make it repeat about the same way every day you do it.

Ready.......1, 2, 3.....close your eyes for five to ten minutes.

Now think of the things that you came up with and write them down for one minute tops. That's it. Do this again tomorrow.

You will see in time that you can and will compose your days to your liking.
