Quick. Right now I want you to consider these three questions. They are perhaps the three most critical questions to your entrepreneurial success. In fact, grab a pen and write them down so that you can leverage them through the power of writing. Writing is the quickest way to activate your subconscious mind. It is your subconscious mind that is responsible to help you find solutions to the questions that you ask of it, which is best leveraged through the power of writing. Think of writing as the fuel to propel your progress.

Before I delve into these three questions, let's take a moment to remind ourselves why ask questions in the first place. Questions, simply put, are the foundation of thinking. Thinking is simply a series of questions and answers. That's all. The problem with most of our thinking is that we attend to the wrong questions. The strength of bad thinking is that the questions that we ask of ourselves and our business are entertained in our subconscious minds. These questions and the answers that are generated are not only out of our conscious understanding, but they hold us back from achieving what we are really after. This 'bad' thinking is reinforced because these questions play like a movie trailer over and over in our minds holding our entrepreneurial dreams hostage.

The three critical questions below are the foundation for our company's Awakened Ideation Process™. This process builds accelerated focus using a specific chain of 16 questions to bring any entrepreneur perfect market-to-message clarity. As well, the following three critical questions will lead you to quickly and easily build your business plan to ensure the right market to message match.

Here are the three questions that I want you to ask yourself right now:

Question #1. Who are my top four or five competitors?

I don't know how many entrepreneurs have a 'bright idea' and create a CD/DVD et cetera without knowing fundamentally who their top competitors are. The number is well over 99%. Don't assume you know who your top competitors are in your business niche. In order to know this perfectly, you must fully understand question #2.

Question #2. How does your target market define its problem(s)?

It is hard to find an entrepreneur in the thousands that I have personally worked with in the area of book marketing and business niche marketing who know how to answer this question. The secret to accelerating your business growth is to get into your target market's mind. In fact, you must do more than get into their minds, you must gain access to where the negative perception resides, which leads to Question #3. This understanding will ensure perfect market-to-message business niche match and show you exactly how to reframe what you do.

Speed To Market Business Niche Principle: Negative perception always aligns itself with a story. A story is a series of moving pictures that plays repeatedly in one's subconscious mind. The strength of the story lies not in the content of the moving pictures, but in the context of the moving pictures. You must get into your target market's mind around the negative perception that they have concerning your competitors.

NOTE: You can't accurately answer question #1 until you answer question #2 suitably. And you can't answer question #2 accurately until you answer question #3 with laser focused precision.

Question #3. What is the negative perception that your target market has of your competitors?

If you do not have specific answers to Question #1 and Question #2, the following question is pointless. And yes,
Question #3 holds the critical secret to your business niche success. I have yet to find one entrepreneur who knows the answer to question #3 intuitively. Only when you understand this question are you now ready to move forward.

Speed To Market Business Niche Principle: It's not the idea that is critical, but the presentation of the idea that is crucial.

Always message your business niche idea from the feedback that you gain concerning how your target market negatively views your competitors. Never go into a market place assuming you know best.

Use the above three questions to strategically transform your ideas into powerful recommendations instantly. With some strategic thinking ahead of time, you will eliminate years of frustration from your business success. And you can take that to the proverbial bank!
