What is the 'Council of Elders' in the Spirit World?

Trance-channelled by Jill Harrison.

Jill and I are sitting in the sunshine in our back garden, taking a break from work, discussing the channelling and trance she'd experienced two days earlier with Archangel Azrael. I asked her how she knew that Archangel Azrael was angry.

She described the surge of heat that started in her toes and surged through her body, up to her neck; like an increasing electric current being forced through her body. She said it was really frightening.

Archangel Azrael is commonly known as 'The Angel of Death'. He records all deaths and helps all souls pass to the other side.

I couldn't get my head round what Archangel Azrael had said about The Council of Elders, and asked Jill to explain. In an earlier trance-channelling, I was speaking to Archangel Azrael, and he said to me, "The Elders of the Council are looking to you to start the movement."

As Jill started to explain, and I started writing it down, I suggested it might be easier for her to put it straight into our web site for people to read. So into the office she went; which was only a few feet away.

When I went in a few minutes later she was rattling away at my computer keyboard. Max, our young Son, came in to talk to her, and Jill quickly asked me to take him away and she told me she was trance-channelling. So we gave her the space and this was the result.

First of all, Jill asked one of her male Angel Guides, Baysarayla, for help:

Jill: Baysarayla; I need your help to help me explain the process of what we do as souls, before we get here on this earth plane.

(This is the unabridged version of what Jill typed as Baysarayla spoke to her.):

Baysarayla: I'm glad that you are a seeker of truth. To explain how life and the soul's evolution works, we must first consider what a 'soul' is. A soul is your unique character:- your feelings, your drives, values, wisdom and experiences; and even when you leave your physical body behind to return from whence you came, you are still the core personality that you were in your lifetime on the earth plane.

Now with that behind us, let us now turn our attention to how a soul, (you), charts a human experience. It takes many earth years to arrange an incarnation (That is to become of the flesh.). You will look at the experiences that you have yet to discover and plan what you can achieve in your lifetime on the earth plane, with the help of an Ascended Master. (An Ascended Master is a soul who has experienced all there is to be experienced on the earth plane.)

It is similar perhaps to creating a perfect recipe:- too much here, or too little application there, can mean the difference to a dish not worth eating, or a dish that tantalises and teases the taste buds in a wonderful array of flavours.

From time-to-time, some souls can seek to 'fast-track' their evolution, i.e. perhaps experience murder or a life-debilitating disease. It is essential that during these 'fast-track' experiences that a soul does not try to take on too much. So, once a rough draft of your chart has been put into place, your Ascended Master and you will appear before The Council of Elders (These are a panel of Ascended Masters.) who will hear your plan, and decide whether or not it is possible for the soul to accomplish what has been mapped for the life's journey.

It is not unusual for a soul to have to re-think their chart, or make amendments for a further Council hearing; before finally being given the blessings of The Council to fulfil their soul's purpose. You must understand this takes many earth years to plan; for as well as charting what is to be experienced, the soul must also work alongside other like-minded souls who together will ensure that all souls achieve their purposes in their charts.

This includes choosing parents, teachers, friends, partners and also how you will interpret the lessons that are to be learnt. Once you have charted all this, you will then have a final meeting with The Council of Elders, whereby you appoint your guides for this lifetime. It is the purpose of a guide to ensure that you follow the chart.

Now I hear you say, what of free will? The soul 'does' have free will. You are given a choice. To you, this would be whether you take the long hard route or the easy route. Either way, you will accomplish what you set out to do. This is where your free will kicks in. There are no coincidences. All things happen for a reason.

If a soul, whilst on the earth plane tries to deviate from the chart, certain occurrences will be put in place by The Council of Elders to give you a helping hand back to what you should be doing. As is the case with your husband here (Glenn). We had tried in our usual manner to get him to take up his calling, but due to the negative effects of the earth plane, he was sitting on the fence. We had to put him in the position whereby he had nothing else he could do but follow his destiny. Hence the broken leg.

For some, the lessons may seem hard in this lifetime, but rest assured, they were chosen by each and every one of you. It is not our way to force a soul to do something they have not already agreed to do in the first place.

Integrity and love are the firm foundations of our creation and reason for existence. Therefore, if we commit to something, we must uphold our agreement. For without integrity we have no firm foundations on which to continue our existence.

Whilst this may be hard for some of you to comprehend at this moment in time, try to take things a step at a time. Search out the knowledge for yourself.

If you are reading this, you are here as a reminder for you to find your own calling and seek enlightenment. This message I hope will clarify the confusion of spirit and the soul's journey. We will talk again, but in the meantime, many blessings to you all.

Glenn: With regard to the broken leg:- I crashed heavily on my Dirt-Bike; a Yahaha WR400, and broke the bottom of my right Tibia, at the base, near the ankle. This put me in plaster for weeks and slowed me down. This is the Angekic Realm way of telling me it was deliberate, to get me back on the track I agreed at The Council of Elders.

In a recent public trance-channelling session, Ascended Master Sanat Kumara was present and told me I have had over 8500 incarnations.
